Class 9 student from Assam’s Karimganj, Ankurit Karmakar, has successfully designed a smart shoe that will help the visually impaired.
The device is so crafted that it connects automatically on the shoe to assist visually impaired people in keeping a safe distance from obstacles in front of them. The device creates a beeping sound when comes close to an obstacle.
